Join me for an evening where the veil between land and cosmos thins — a night rooted in the earth and illuminated by the sky. Chef Lauren, a renowned vegan chef, will prepare a seasonal, celestial‑themed dinner crafted from late‑summer ingredients, paired with a handcrafted mocktail to open the night. We’ll gather inside my restored barn, prepared just for this evening, surrounded by candlelight and the quiet magic of early autumn.
Lauren will be onsite throughout the evening, introducing each course and sharing the inspiration behind the dishes — adding a layer of artistry and intention to the meal.
