About the event

Ayurveda is a natural system of medicine, originated in India more than 3,000 years ago. Ayurveda places great emphasis on prevention and encourages the maintenance of health through close attention to balance in one's life, right thinking, diet, lifestyle and the use of herbs.

For this series we will learn about the foods, herbs and spices that are good for your unique body.

Victoria Andrews will guide you through the process of preparing seasonally appropriate and delicious food intended to support your digestive health.

Victoria's focus is inspired by the wisdom of Eastern Medicine. She practices and teaches Meridian Yoga Therapy. Her expertise is in designing supportive healing programs that emphasize balance; transforming the body through personalized Yoga sequences and seasonal recipe programs.
