Help for Rosacea

Updated: Jan 9

I believe it's important to feel good inwardly and outwardly. Each of us are faced with our own unique challenges in this lifetime. Rosacea is an inflammatory skin issue. This condition typically has periods of flare-ups and remission. While not curable, there are definitely natural treatments. I formulate several products that can help soothe rosacea. The first is Rose Gold Facial Serum that contains many beneficial oils to help with symptoms of rosacea. It is the perfect balance of hydration and soothing plant oils like Jojoba and Rosehip to help soften some of the effects of rosacea. Other healers in this serum include:

Sea Buckthorn Oil: An amazing skin healer! This plant oil both heals and strengthens skin. When applied directly to the affected area, sea buckthorn oil reduces swelling, inflammation and scarring. The strengthening properties of this oil penetrate deep, also strengthening skin cells and blood vessels. Sea buckthorn oil contains antimicrobial properties which help eliminate the bacteria that may trigger a flare up.

Helichrysum Essential Oil: Those suffering from painful inflammation resulting from rosacea have an ally in helichrysum essential oil. This gentle oil soothes inflamed skin, alleviates dryness and helps to diminish redness. Helichrysum essential oil stimulates the growth of new skin tissue while promoting the healing of damaged and scarred skin. Click HERE to learn more about this product!

Another beneficial ingredient that helps cool ands soothe redness associated with rosacea is Niacinamide. Niacinamide demonstrates anti-inflammatory properties and may help ease redness seen in acne, rosacea, eczema and other inflammatory skin conditions. Niacinamide is increasingly being used as a first treatment in Rosacea, Niacinamide is a great option for those looking to naturally treat their rosacea symptoms without having to rely on harsh medications or topical treatments. In addition to reducing redness and inflammation, niacinamide can also help boost collagen production in the skin, which can improve texture and help keep the skin looking youthful. Using harsh synthetic ingredients and chemicals like SLS (Sodium-Lauryl Sulfates) can irritate delicate skin. Plant-based cleansers are a better option to help sooth sensitive skin. I am not a fan of Cetaphil. There is nothing "clean" about this cleanser. Ingredients include sodium lauryl sulfate, stearyl alcohol, methylparaben and propylene glycol. These ingredients dry out and irritate skin. There are literally no antioxidants in this cleanser. Contrary to what marketing has told us, this drugstore brand is not great for skin. Green Tea and chamomile are very beneficial in helping to treat rosacea symptoms. Click HERE to learn more about my plant-based facial cleanser. Cleansing agents are derived from plants.

There's a reason why crystals have become so apparent at this time of our lives. It is easier than ever to find any crystal. I don't think this is an accident at all.

Energetically I feel that crystals can often help us with various skin ailments. Each crystal carries its own unique qualities and healing properties. I have shared my love for Rose Quartz. I will often carry this crystal with me. I also use a Rose Quartz roller on my skin in the evening. Click HERE for the roller I use. Lapis is an excellent crystal for skin. From rosacea to skin allergies, this crystal helps calm redness. +++ My hope is to change the way we think about our skin. Many of us are so focused on outward issues, forgetting about the grace that resides within each of us. My goal is to help you enhance your beauty. Let's feel beautiful at any age. 🖤
