Connecting to Spirit Animals Workshop

Each person’s spirit team is made up of unique spirit guides, including spirit animals. In this workshop, you will discover what spirit animals are, their purpose, how to work with them, and more! Twin Essence will guide you through a vision casting, meditative activity where you will meet one of your spirit animals and learn what they have to share with you. Connecting with spirit animals is a powerful experience that often gives a deeper understanding of yourself and your connection to your spirit team. Journey with us to connect with one of your spirit animals!

*Please note: Participants will be required to walk up two flights of stairs for this workshop. Please dress comfortably. This workshop includes sitting/laying for a meditative activity (approximately 20-30 minutes in duration). Chairs and floor cushions will be provided for use during this workshop. You may choose to bring a yoga mat for the meditative activity if you prefer to lay down, but it is not required. You may also want to bring a journal or notebook for reflection.
